Media: Radio: At 12:40pm today I listened to the radio, what motivated me to do it was I was bored. After, the activity made me feel excited.

Media:Television. At 9pm I watched TV for an hour, what motivated me to do it was my favorite show was on. After watching it, the activity made me feel energetic.

I didn't use much media today. Only CSI at 9.

First Media: At 7:35am and 2:45pm I listened to the car radio, what motivated me to do it was I was bored not listening to anything in the car.

Second Media: At 5pm I watched the news. What motivated me to do it was I was bored.

Third Media: At 10pm I signed on AIM to talk to people about after school plans for tomorrow.

Media:Televison: At 10am Saturday I turned on the TV just to see what was on. Then I saw my favorite movie was on, which motivated me to watch it. After watching the movie it made feel hyper/excited.
